MCP Connector
Run SEO Beast from Claude & ChatGPT
SEO Beast is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. Add it as a connector in your AI assistant and you can review your rankings, check what's decaying, and publish content refreshes — in plain language, without leaving the chat.
Connect
- In Claude or ChatGPT, add a custom connector and paste the server URL below.
- When prompted, sign in with your SEO Beast account. The connector only ever sees the websites your account can access.
- Ask your assistant something like “list my proposed content improvements” to confirm it's working.

Read tools are available to anyone on the site. The three that change your content require editor access.

| get_ai_overview_impact | read | Posts on AI Overview SERPs, split into cited-but-not-clicked vs still earning clicks. |
| list_improvements | read | Content-refresh proposals the agent has prepared for decaying posts. |
| get_improvement | read | One proposal in full: brief, change summary, and the original post to review. |
| propose_improvements | editor | Run a decay scan now and prepare fresh refresh proposals. |
| approve_improvement | editor | Publish a proposed refresh to the live site and re-index it. |
| reject_improvement | editor | Dismiss a proposal; the post won't be re-proposed for 28 days. |
Access & security
- Every request is scoped to your signed-in account — the connector can only reach websites you own or have been granted access to.
- Read tools need any access to the site. The editor-only tools (
propose_improvements,approve_improvement,reject_improvement) are refused for read-only members. - approve_improvement publishes to your live site and pings search engines to re-index. Review a proposal with
get_improvementfirst.
